The love of a lifetimeโtwo weeks at a time.
Reliving the same summer romance at an annual timeshare turns first love into first hate.
Evie Turner and Adam Pierce start off with the perfect summer romance, but when they reunite five years later, he acts like she is wet sand on the bottom of his expensive shoes. Hurt and embarrassed, Evie dedicates her two weeks at the timeshare each year to making him regret his decision. Throughout their young adult years, she tortures himโin a bikini.
After his words sting like jellyfish, she wants him on his knees, begging for forgiveness. Begging for her.
The girl in love with love. The boy who watches mob movies to remind himself that trust means betrayal. A clock of two weeks ticks away until they spend another three hundred and fifty-one days trying to forget each other. Until next year.
As the passion between them rises with the summer temperature, Evie canโt help but feel his embraces are like a sunset: beautiful and temporary.
Above all, Evie must not forget one very important lesson: If he is hot, he can burn you.
Better get the aloe.
*Though this book begins in young adulthood, it transitions with summer time-jumps until the characters are new adults in college. As a new adult romance novel, the story contains mature situations and sexual scenes.

He was older. Impossibly gorgeous. And had no clue I existed.
Luca Fritz was the worst sort of playboy, constantly falling in and out of love with every woman he met. I used to spend hours of my life staring at the huge Fritz mansion from the window of the staff house dreaming of him. By eighteen Iโd all but given up my fantasy, set to go off to The Conservatory in London to follow my dreams when fate stepped in with other ideas.
That summer I was young. Innocent. And forbidden to him.
I knew when we succumbed to the explosive passion between us that he would inevitably ruin me.
I wasnโt wrong.
Four years later, fate decides to step in again. Iโm offered my dream job as a first chair cellist for the Boston Symphony Orchestra. Only I know what comes with it.
Luca Fritz.
On opening night, he comes barreling back into my life. Desperate for a shot at his second chance. A second chance I have no intention of giving. Now a brilliant neurosurgeon he thinks he knows exactly the right way to crawl back not only into my bed but into my heart.
I donโt care how persistent, unexpected, or clever he is. I am not that love-sick teenage girl anymore. Itโll take a hell of a lot more than panty-melting smiles and heart-stopping encounters to win me back over.
This cocky playboy is about to learn that allโs fair in love and war. And this is the latter.
DOCTOR PLAYBOY is a 120k word STEAMY and EMOTIONAL second chance, age-gap romance. It is a standalone in the bestselling Boston’s Billionaire Bachelors series featuring Boston’s hottest billionaire doctors and the women they fall head over heels for!
An all-new, spicy murder mystery from Tessa Bailey, New York Times bestselling author of It Happened One Summer…
It was supposed to be a relaxing vacation in sweet, sunny Cape Codโjust me and my beloved brotherโbut discovering a corpse in our rental house really throws a wrench into our tanning schedule. Now a rude, crude bounty hunter has arrived on the back of his motorcycle to catch the killer and refuses to believe I can be helpful, despite countless hours of true crime podcast listening. Not to mention a fulfilling teaching career of wrangling second graders.
A brash bounty hunter and an energetic elementary schoolteacher: the murder-solving team no one asked for, but thanks to these pesky attempts on my life, we’re stuck together, come hell or high tide.
I’m just here to do a job, not babysit an amateur sleuth. Althoughโฆit is becoming less and less of a hardship to have her around. Sure, she’s stubborn, distracting and can’t stay out of harm’s way. She’s also brave and beautiful and reminds me of the home I left behind three years ago. In other words, the painful hunger and protectiveness she is waking up in me is a threat to my peace of mind. Before I sink any deeper into this dangerous attraction, I need to solve this murder and get back on the road. But will fate take her from me before I realize the road has been leading to her all along?

Nothing like a little rivalry between scientists to take love to the next level.
Mara, Sadie, and Hannah are friends first, scientists always. Though their fields of study might take them to different corners of the world, they can all agree on this universal truth: when it comes to love and science, opposites attract and rivals make you burnโฆ
Logically, Sadie knows that civil engineers are supposed to build bridges. However, as a woman of STEM she also understands that variables can change, and when you are stuck for hours in a tiny New York elevator with the man who broke your heart, you earn the right to burn that brawny, blond bridge to the ground. Erik can apologize all he wants, but to quote her rebel leaderโsheโd just as soon kiss a Wookiee.
Not even the most sophisticated of Sadieโs superstitious rituals could have predicted such a disastrous reunion. But while she refuses to acknowledge the siren call of Erikโs steely forearms or the way his voice softens when he offers her his sweater, Sadie canโt help but wonder if there might be more layers to her cold-hearted nemesis than meet the eye. Maybe, possibly, even burned bridges can still be crossedโฆ.
To read Mara and Hannahโs stories look for the novellas Under One Roof, available now, and Below Zero, coming soon from Berkley!
She was the face that launched a thousand ships,
The fierce beauty at the heart of Olympus,
And she was never ours to claim.
*A scorchingly hot modern retelling of Helen of Troy, Achilles, and Patroclus that’s as sinful as it is sweet.*
In Olympus, you either have the power to rule…or you are ruled. Achilles Kallis may have been born with nothing, but as a child he vowed he would claw his way into the poisonous city’s inner circle. Now that a coveted role has opened to anyone with the strength to claim it, he and his partner, Patroclus Fotos, plan to compete and double their odds of winning.
Neither expect infamous beauty Helen Kasios to be part of the prize…or for the complicated fire that burns the moment she looks their way.
Zeus may have decided Helen is his to give to away, but she has her own plans. She enters into the competition as a middle finger to the meddling Thirteen rulers, effectively vying for her own hand in marriage. Unfortunately, there are those who would rather see her dead than lead the city. The only people she can trust are the ones she can’t keep her hands offโAchilles and Patroclus. But can she really believe they have her best interests at heart when every stolen kiss is a battlefield?
Evvie Drake Starts Over meets Beach Read in this heartwarming and hilarious novel about a divorced romance channel screenwriter whose script about her marriage’s collapse just might help her reclaim her life and find love.
Nora’s life is about to get a rewrite…
Nora Hamilton knows the formula for love better than anyone. As a romance channel screenwriter, it’s her job. But when her too-good-to work husband leaves her and their two kids, Nora turns her marriage’s collapse into cash and writes the best script of her life. No one is more surprised than her when it’s picked up for the big screen and set to film on location at her 100-year-old-home. When former Sexiest Man Alive, Leo Vance, is cast as her ne’er do well husband Nora’s life will never be the same.
The morning after shooting wraps and the crew leaves, Nora finds Leo on her porch with a half-empty bottle of tequila and a proposition. He’ll pay a thousand dollars a day to stay for a week. The extra seven grand would give Nora breathing room, but it’s the need in his eyes that makes her say yes. Seven days: it’s the blink of an eye or an eternity depending on how you look at it. Enough time to fall in love. Enough time to break your heart.
Filled with warmth, wit, and wisdom, Nora Goes Off Script is the best kind of love story–the real kind where love is complicated by work, kids, and the emotional baggage that comes with life. For Nora and Leo, this kind of love is bigger than the big screen.
From USA Today and Amazon Charts bestselling author Meghan Quinn, comes a fresh take on a romantic comedy classic, When Harry Met Sally. This steamy, laugh-out-loud, enemies to lovers romance is about an annoyingly handsome coworker and the woman who refuses to be charmed by him.
Am I friends with JP Cane?
Ha! That’s laughable.
Besides the fact that heโs adopted some far-fetched notion from the movie When Harry Met Sally that says men and women can’t be friends and work together, itโs safe to say we’re not friends. He’s annoyingly loud, obnoxiously handsome, and has made an art out of poking all my hot buttons . . . multiple times a day.
So you can imagine how disgruntled I am when I not only have to fly to San Francisco with him for work, but stay in the same penthouse. Yup, we’re sharing the same air, twenty-four-seven. We’re talking full-fledged working roommates.
The man doesn’t know what it means to wear a shirt, thrives off protein bars, and you guessed it, moans loud enough for people to believe he’s Meg Ryan in a restaurant.
Spoiler Alert: I WON’T be having what he’s having.
Tack on his continuous flirting and his polished good looks, and I’m caught staring down the barrel of a seductive temptation that makes it hard for me to sleep at night.
But guess who can control herself? This girl.
Because if there is one thing I know for certain, it’s that JP Cane and I are so not meant to be.
Itโs the most embarrassing night of my life. Not only did I literally run into the hottest guy Iโve ever laid eyes on in a hotel lobby, but the ice-cold water and whipped cream Iโm carrying (don’t ask) end up all over me.
If that wasnโt enough, that same guy — the hottest one of all time — donates twenty-five thousand pounds during a charity auction… to win a date with me.
Things must be looking up, right? After all, a crazy-gorgeous guy just bid a ton of money on dinner with me. But when I see him sit down right next to my father, I know he’s not interested in me. He just wants to do business with my dad. FML.
Iโm determined to make the situation work. If he really wants to impress my father, the handsome stranger can marry me… for three months. Itโs all I need to get access to the trust fund so I can fund my charity. Tristan will be able to get what he wants from my dad, and my father will stop hounding me about getting a life. Everyone wins.
Soon it will be over. Until then, Iโve just got to ignore the rock-hard muscles I felt when I ran into him, the look in his eye that tells me he tastes as good as he looks, and the chemistry that sizzles between us whenever weโre together.

Liam Kane spent a decade working to turn his family’s distillery into a contender. Now he and his grandfather are on the verge of winning a national competition. Then Granda hits him with a one-two punch: he has cancer and he has his heart set on seeing Liam married before it’s too late. And Granda knows just the girl…Kamilah Vega.

But once the two progress with their “tutoring sessions,” they start to feel less like the academic exercise they were supposed to be as real feelings develop. Which is a problem, because Lyric and Kian are best friends and absolutely, irrefutably nothing else… Right?

Back at his house, itโs our lips.

And in his bed?
There isnโt a single part of us thatโs not on fire.
One night would never be long enough for Ford to show me every delicious thing he can do to my body.

His daughter, Everly.
And thereโs something Iโm keeping from him: I just applied for the job of my dreams.
Everlyโs new nanny.
In this dangerously sexy rom-com that evokes the real-life romance between Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan Markle, a prince who wants to live out of the spotlight falls for a daring American rapper who turns his life, and the palace, upside down.
Sexy, driven rapper Danielle “Duchess” Nelson is on the verge of signing a deal that’ll make her one of the richest women in hip hop. More importantly, it’ll grant her control over her life, something she’s craved for years. But an incident with a rising pop star has gone viral, unfairly putting her deal in jeopardy. Concerned about her image, she’s instructed to work on generating some positive publicity… or else.
A brilliant professor and reclusive royal, Prince Jameson prefers life out of the spotlight, only leaving his ivory tower to attend weddings or funerals. But with the Queen’s children involved in one scandal after another, and Parliament questioning the viability of the monarchy, the Queen is desperate. In a quest for good press, she puts Jameson in charge of a tribute concert in her late husband’s honor. Out of his depth, and resentful of being called to service, he takes the advice of a student. After all, what’s more appropriate for a royal concert than a performer named “Duchess”?
Too late, Jameson discovers the American rapper is popular, sexy, raunchy and not what the Queen wanted, although he’s having an entirely different reaction. Dani knows this is the good exposure she needs to cement her deal and it doesn’t hurt that the royal running things is fine as hell. Thrown together, they give in to the explosive attraction flaring between them. But as the glare of the limelight intensifies and outside forces try to interfere, will the Prince and Duchess be a fairy tale romance for the ages or a disaster of palatial proportions?
